At Faithful Beauty, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the refund process as simple as possible.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

 

  • Refunds are available for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

 

  • Custom or personalized products, including certain skincare formulations, may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective.

 

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

 

  • Gift cards

 

  • Sale or clearance items

 

  • Products that have been opened or used

 

 

3. How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund:

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be returned in their original condition

 

4. Refund Processing

 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.

 

 

5. Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please request a refund and place a new order.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at shopfaithfulbeauty@yahoo.com with a photo of the product. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
